What you can do with the integration
Once you connect a Google account with business profiles, Abency reads the information needed to build local presence reports. The whole integration is read-only: Abency does not publish or modify data in Google Business Profile.
Find your listings
We list the business accounts and locations the user has access to so you can choose which ones you want to monitor within Abency.
Performance metrics
We sync daily visibility metrics: impressions on Search and Maps (desktop and mobile), directions requests, call clicks and website clicks.
Centralized reviews
We gather the reviews for each listing so the agency team can consult them and track each client's reputation from a single dashboard.

Connect your Google account
The user authorizes access through Google's official consent flow (OAuth). Abency never sees or stores the Google password, and access can be revoked at any time from the user's Google account.

Select the locations
You choose which business listings you want to link to each brand in your agency. Only the locations you select are synced.

Review the reports
Abency updates metrics and reviews daily to show them in each client's local presence dashboards and reports, alongside the rest of the channels you manage.
How Google data is handled
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements (Limited Use).
- We only access the Google Business Profile data needed to show performance metrics and reviews in the agency's reports.
- We do not sell Google data or use it for advertising purposes.
- Access is read-only: Abency does not create, edit or delete content in Google Business profiles.
- The user can revoke access at any time from their Google account.
