2. Purpose
This document governs access to, browsing of and use of the Abency website and platform, as well as responsibilities regarding its contents and services. Accessing it implies full acceptance of these conditions.
3. Conditions of use
The user must:
- Use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations
- Not carry out activities that damage, disable or overload its systems
- Not access restricted areas without authorisation
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of improper use.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All Abency content (software, design, texts, trade marks, logos, code, structure and functionality) is the exclusive property of Additiu Marketing Digital SL or is licensed to it. Its reproduction, distribution or modification without express consent is prohibited.
5. Liability
The company is not liable for interruptions caused by technical issues, for errors in third-party integrations, or for improper use by users.
6. Governing law
Spanish law applies. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Girona, unless a legal provision states otherwise.
